Our RPT Athlete Development Program (ADP) focuses on building strength, power, speed, and energy system development. Teaching correct technique and movement patterns building from the core out will lead to productivity on the field of play. You must stimulate young athletes, not annihilate. You must be prepared both physically and mentally to gain a competitive edge. We offer personalized next level performance training programs for 8th graders moving up to compete in high school as well as high school athletes moving up to compete collegiately.
This is a small group training program. Generally, 5-10 athletes. Each program will consist of 5 sessions from Monday - Friday and will run 3 hours in length.
