YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Ages 8 - 12

Our Youth Program offers the opportunity for youth to train and focus on the principles of linear movement and multi-directional speed, as well as strength and conditioning. We work to teach the young athletes correct mechanics and proper technique to optimize their performance. The program also provides comprehensive testing to highlight athletes’ strengths and weakness to help our coaches provide each athlete with the training and instruction they need.

We offer both group training or private training options.

 

The RPT Youth Athletic Development Program (YADP) is our introduction into athletics for boys and girls ages 8 – 12 years old. ADP is a fun way for kids to learn the fundamentals of movement. In this program, they will learn how to jump, run, and move properly. We provide a fun learning environment for the kids to exercise and learn how to work together as a team. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for kids to develop a healthy lifestyle at an early age through athletics.
